Stevens Johnson Syndrome
When I was a junior I had this awfully terrible and painful allergic reaction that caused all my skin to come off…I was just watching Royal Pains (one of my fave shows) and there was a girl on that show with my syndrome.
I was hurt a little because they caught hers fast enough so she wouldn’t suffer too much, but I feel they got all these facts wrong about it…which made me upset…she didn’t feel any of the real reaction in the show. i felt misrepresented…
